Hi Plex Family,
I just wanted to remind everyone that I have a service setup to allow you
to search for movies and TV shows and make requests if there is something
you want that I do not have. I get a notification for these requests and
once I approve them they will automatically be downloaded and added to Plex.
You can access my Plex Requests site at https://requests.caluette.com from
any browser. When logging in, select the option to use your Plex account.
There is also a mobile app version available for Android and iOS. The app
is called Ombi and is $0.99 on both platforms, but seems to be nice. You
can use the links at the bottom of this email to purchase and download the
app.
To use the Ombi mobile app:
1. Download and install the app for your device.
2. Open a web browser on your device and navigate to my Plex Requests
URL (https://requests.caluette.com)
3. Sign in with your Plex account.
4. Once you are signed in, click the menu button in the top right corner
of the page and select "Open Mobile App".
5. The Ombi app will launch and automatically sign you in using the same
account you logged into the browser version with.
6. You can now use the Ombi app directly from your device to
conveniently submit requests or browse for new things to request.
